How to Use

If you’re used to cleansers that leave skin ‘squeaky,’ this will feel unfamiliar — that’s intentional.

01. Massage
Work 4–6 pumps onto dry skin before or during your shower. Breathe deeply and allow the botanical oils to dissolve impurities, sunscreen, sweat, and pollution while nourishing your skin

02. Steam + Remove
Using a warm, damp cloth, gently wipe away the oil and impurities. Repeat with clean sections of the cloth

03. Optional
Follow with water or a second cleanse if desired—but most will find none is needed. Selah leaves skin soft, clean, and replenished.

What should I do if I get tiny white bumps or congestion?
