Processing & Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (U.S.)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Orders: Flat-rate and free shipping options available at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping rates calculated at checkout. Tsori is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at tsori.skincare@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement.
